Certificates and Marksheets will be awarded only to candidates successful in the final evaluation within 30 days from the date of publication of final result on production of the Identity Card and Admit Card. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Certificate or Marksheets if the same is not collected within one year from the date of issue.
In case of loss or damage to the issued Certificate or Marksheets a duplicate may be issued, subject to availability of the concerned records at the Institute, on submission of an application to the Principal explaining the circumstances along with proof of study at the Institute. In case of theft or loss, the application must be accompanied by an F.I.R. with the concerned Police Station.
The duplicate Certificate or Marksheets will be issued, subject to the earlier proviso, on payment of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) per annum from the date of the Final Examination to the date of issue of the duplicate certificate/marksheet.
Any application for issue of duplicate Certificate or Marksheets should be accompanied by the number and date/photocopy/or the damaged portions of the original.
Any application for correction of entry in Certificate or Marksheets or issue of fresh Certificate or Marksheets should be accompanied by the original Certificate or Marksheets along with supporting evidence of the changes required. Corrections will not be made if the entries are found to match the original information provided by the student in the Admission Form and its supporting documents.
The corrected/fresh Certificate or Marksheets will be issued, subject to the earlier proviso, on payment of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only) per annum from the date of the Final Examination to the date of issue of the rectified Certificate or Marksheets.
