Eligibility : Passed Class X Board Exam

Duration: 6 months

Course Outline: Development of Business and ensure profitability, Planning for marketing and sales to meet business volumes, Handle financial, administrative and security matters, Maintain customer-centric service orientation, Maintain standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct, Follow gender and age sensitive service practices, Maintain Intellectual Property, Rights of Organisation and customers, Maintain health and hygiene standards, FSSAI Rules, Maintain safety at workplace, Accounts Management, Cash flow Management, Maintain F&B Service Standards.

Duration: 6 months

Course Outline: Explain the basic principles and underlying concept of Hospitality; How a Restaurant operates; How to prepare customer areas for food and drinks; How to manage bookings; How to greet customers and take orders; How to serve customers; How to clear dining area; How to respond to unexpected situations.

Course Outline: Prepare for Bartending Operation, Engage with guests and take orders, Making of cocktails and mocktails; prepare and serve drinks; maintain customer-centric service orientation; Maintain standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct; Maintain Health & Hygiene; Maintain safety at workplace.

Course Outline: Welcoming the guest, Assisting for check in, Attend to Guest Queries, Maintain customer-centric service orientation, Handling guest luggage; Escorting guests to allotted rooms; Explain about facilities and services offered; Room Making, Maintain and upkeep of Floor and Public Area; Uniform and Linen room operations; Laundry Operations.
