The George Telegraph Training
Institute is a pioneer in technical education and vocational training in Eastern
India. Established in 16 the May, 1920 the Institute, has been imparting quality
education and helping the unemployed youth to become financially independent.
The Institute, armed with the best faculty, modern updated training equipments &
technology, through its 44 centres spread across Eastern India, is the largest
and the best of its kind.
The George Telegraph Training Institute offers a wide range of technical courses
to the mass of students, who are of average or below average merit and they are

| George Telegraph has the heritage
of being recognized as a center of excellence by diverse bodies such as the
British Army, the British Railway Board, Ministry of communications, Government
of India, Department of Labour, Government of India, Railway Board, New Delhi,
maritime authorities and various chambers of commerce. |

by the Government of India for training of British Non-Commissioned Officers and
men of the British Army throughout India and Myanmar. |
