Course Outline: Secretarial practice with shorthand, English communication training - both written and verbal, Telephone operation EPABX and FAX, Computer basics with Internet browsing and E-mailing, Speed Typing and transcription, basic principles of management.

Work Area: After successful completion of this course the students will be able to work as secretary at executive level.

Duration: 06 months

Course Outline: Concept of Telephone PBX, PABX System, Telephone with EPABX, FAX, Reception Management, Communicative English, Computer basics ands Internet.

Work Area: Telephone operators and receptionists are always in demand in any location and empowered by knowledge of EPABX and Fax systems, this is a skill that virtually guarantees employment.

Course Outline: Module I (Front Office Management) - English communication and Personality Development, Telephone with EAPBX, Reception and Task Management, Customer Care, Computer application with Internet and Email. Module II (Back Office Management) - Back Office Practices, Basic Principles of Office Management, Concept of Basic Computer Software including Internet and Email.

Work Area: After successful completion of this course, students would be able to work as front office or back office executive and manage the daily procedures of a contemporary office.

Duration: 06 months

Duration: 04 months

Course Outline: Back Office Practices, Basic Principles of Office Management, Concept of Basic Computer Software including Internet and Email.

Work Area: After successful completion of this course, students would be able to work as Back Office Executives or Managers and manage various back office operations.

Eligibility: Passed Class X Board Exam

Duration: 06 months

Course Outline: Introduction, Phonography, short hand, English transcription practice, speed typing in computer.

Work Area: After successful completion of this course students would be able to work as stenographers and secretaries.
