Certification Programme in Pharma - Marketing (CPP)
Eligibility : H.S and above
Duration : 6 Weeks, 2 days a week/ 2 hours a day
Syllabus Outline : Industrial overview, Job function in pharma-marketing, Clinical Physiology , Clinical microbiology , Basics of Pharmacology , General Patho-physiology, Drugs, Brands and Competitors, Business communication, Distributor handling and retailing, Performance oriented rights and responsibilities , Preparation for interview.
Work Areas: Fast growing pharmaceutical market needs efficient people prepared to generate demand of the brands in the Market. Previously the companies used to induct Fresher and then developed them through in-house training.

But now-a-days they are on look to recruit trained personnel who are ready to perform in the market. It is understood that the industry is looking towards tailor made personnel to suit their specific purposes.

The GSCD will be providing such training which will help the candidates to face their interviews and other recruitment procedures by the large pharmaceutical companies.

Syllabus Outline : Insurance History, Basics of Legal implication and taxations, IRDA Regulation, Risk coverage and returns, Fund regulatory aspects, Corporate communication, Computerized accounting.
Work Areas: Investment Industry is looking forward to recruit market ready personnel for promotion of their products and hence to procure a sizeable business in no time.

The industry needs trained Freshers with new ideas. But these Freshers must be trained in the basic legalities so that they can manage and operate from within the team as a team man.

They are also expected to be well aware and handle back office operations as well. GSCD helps the trainees to acquire such knowledge levels, which will help them to be absorbed by the recruiters during their campus interviews.
Advanced Certification Programme in Retail Banking (ACPRB)
Eligibility: Graduation
Duration: 6 weeks
2 days a week / 2 hours a day
Syllabus Outline : Principles and practices of Banking, Basic accounting and finance for bankers, Legal regulatory aspects, Computerized accounting, Public relation and communication, Rights and responsibilities of a front office and back office Personnel.
Work Areas: Banking Industry is looking forward to recruit ready personnel to handle their products and procuring business.

The banking industry needs people to come with better ideas and with knowledge of basics legalities so that they can manage front office as well as back office jobs.
